Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products.  This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my shipping & delivery options?

We offer various options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.  

Shipping Fees

We offer shipping at the following rates, with most orders delivered between 2 and 4 working days:

  • Small lightweight box £7
  • Small medium-weight box £12.50
  • Small heavy box / Medium lightweight box £19
  • Medium medium-weight box / Large lightweight box £25
  • Large medium-weight box £29
  • Large heavy box / multiple small to medium boxes £40
  • Multiple large heavy boxes £53

Larger deliveries are at the following rates with estimated delivery times of 5 to 10 working days:

  • Half pallet £95
  • Pallet £150
  • Dedicated delivery £210

All dates and times for product delivery are provided in good faith but are estimates only.

For UK consumers:  This does not affect your statutory rights.  Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

 

Do you Deliver internationally?

We do not offer international shipping.

 

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for deliver.
